This website has been created by and for the Pan Peninsula Leaseholders & Residents Association (PPLRA).
The PPLRA is the Residents Association for the Pan Peninsula Estate, recognised by the freeholder, Ballymore Asset Management Ltd, but independent of Ballymore.
On this site you will find our constitution, the names of our committee members, news, notices and useful information, and online registration and contact forms.
Every leaseholder (i.e. owner) and resident tenant is automatically a member, and there’s no membership fee. However registration by each of our members gives us a clear mandate to represent you, ensuring that third parties – such as Ballymore (our landlord and managing agent) and the Council – recognise our right to represent the Pan Peninsula leaseholders and resident tenants as a group, and as a result take full notice of all our needs.

The PPLRA is independent of Ballymore and is run by a committee of people who own and live in flats in the building. We give up our time for free to help preserve and enhance the quality of all our lives as residents, and the value of our investments as leaseholders.
It was set up initially to represent our common interests regarding the new residential developments around us, and this role continues.
But now we mainly influence how Pan Peninsula is run in the interests of all leaseholders and resident tenants, ensuring best value for our money and maintaining our amenities and quality of life.
